1️⃣ The NHS is being held together by immigrant labour.

‣ As of September 2023, 20.4% of NHS staff in England were non-UK nationals — the highest ever recorded.

‣ That’s 264,822 foreign staff out of ~1.3 million total.

‣ Among doctors, 35% are non-UK nationals. Among nurses, it’s 28%.

‣ Remove immigrants and you lose 1 in every 3 doctors and 1 in every 4 nurses. Game over.

2️⃣ Immigrants are overrepresented in the NHS compared to the general UK population.

‣ Foreign-born people make up 16% of the UK population (about 10.7 million out of 68.3 million).

‣ But they make up 20.4% of the NHS in England, with even higher concentrations in London.

‣ That’s not “taking over”—that’s filling gaps no one else will.

3️⃣ The NHS is collapsing because of Tory neglect, not “mass immigration.”

‣ A decade of underfunding, pay freezes, pension screw-ups, and post-Brexit staffing shortages created this mess.

‣ The UK doesn’t train enough doctors or nurses domestically—and refuses to pay them properly.

‣ So it imports staff from abroad, then blames immigrants for the collapse. Classic political cowardice.
