@BenBikmanPhD@kateiswell@gwowls Another thing that I heard is that you could interpret the word sparingly as being more in line with being a wise Steward which seems more in line with addictions and how to handle them. https://t.co/S0ewwz0rZm
@ThePrimeagen I'm wondering if this is part of a larger marketing ploy... Mythos found zero day exploits. It then fixed them by porting the entire code base to "secure" rust... Buy mythos today to secure your code.
Thanks... This puts into words vague ideas I've had for a while. I think though the other part that I've been wondering about is China really upset that a fundamental religious group is being taken off the board? It would have been a matter of time before the regime in Iran would have also turned on China. China could have given Iran nukes to secure the straight of Hormuz but didn't.
@aarondfrancis Oh I forgot to mention that our git repo is also large so doing another full checkout takes a bit of time so this process is much faster.
Run multiple copies of our monorepo simultaneously without port collisions. Each git worktree gets a numbered slot, and a setup script generates the worktree and env files that offset every service port
by +N. All apps read from the same generated config so they know how to find each other. Fixed offsets keep OAuth callbacks predictable. Simple, no magic. And easy to clean up with worktree commands and it all stays visible inside of @GitKraken. Biggest pain point right now is having to open up multiple vscode / cursor ide's to see code for each work tree :) Oh and trying to manage it all when doing more than 2 or 3 at a time.
Was reminiscing with my brother about the good old days of twitter. And when he actually brought them down through hitting their API a bit too much LOL. Now I get to make short movies on here! The future is exciting.
@beffjezos@NathanLands Yeah but he said that part about how that physics was in a government cocoon... Can't have that type of knowledge becoming common place. That part is also just math. 🤔
@NathanLands Perhaps it got memory hooked because of what he revealed about physics... Seems there would be some entrenched people and processes there to defend that particular government cocoon.
In that case, I think you're better off sticking with and learning Replit. Be okay with things not looking great for now, and make sure you can get the functionality you're looking for. Then, as that progresses, you'll start to figure out how to prompt for better UIs. Just do lots of little things and you'll figure out how it all works :)
@GergelyOrosz Yeah I like to do go into a space where I'm not familiar. Like art and try to get the AI to generate me things in there. Or music... I just don't get the same results as I see people that are trained in those thought process get.
@brave Can't find this setting... If only it was as easy as the screenshot made it feel like. What would be even better is something to indicate when on a specific site that there are brave settings for that site.
I love using @basecamp but the lack of markdown support has bugged me for a while. Used @claudeai this morning to wip up a little extension to render markdown that is written inside of code blocks.
@Molson_Hart The cattle farmer, because he is most likely also a combo of fighter and farmer, can protect his cattle and knows how to grow more cattle. And lets be honest of the list above he is the only one that produces something of value over time.
