@gerrrtheberr I thought the same thing. I think you are into the actual justification for having speed limits here. They have to demonstrate harm or loss to enact a law. That can't be done without a victim. I don't see criminal intent with speeding either.. Which is interesting.

@factualmama Oh they get paid by appointment too. It's a 15 minute block I think. So they get paid for overbooking. Paid to make you wait. So I absolutely do not see why this wouldn't work. But like I said I never tried it.
