A tester hit TWO walls in my app yesterday — funding + wallet connect.

Fixed both live while she waited.

She came back an hour later, joined a circle on-chain.

Her feedback today: 5/5. "No bugs — everything worked smoothly."

🧵 the loop that makes testers love you:

[Ubong Ntekim @ubong_dev]

The loop:

1. Tester hits a wall
2. Fix it SAME-DAY — not next sprint, today
3. Tester watches their report become a commit
4. They come back. They bring friends. They 5/5 you.

Feedback isn't a survey. It's a conversation with a receipt — every fix is public in the repo.

A simple RAG pipeline or a 10-line LangChain chain will outperform a complex multi-agent CrewAI/AutoGen setup 10 out of 10 times.
