What happens when @LionheartBam trains with the ProPulse Power Vest & the @ZtreadZ… he gets FaZter.
@UbrZati has been training with the Power Vest since the very first prototype.
If you have the opportunity to come to their OutZide the Box conference in 2027, you will be surrounded with top minds in training and a state of the art speed facility.
@SHREDmillSpeed Tony is a legend in the combine world and highly respected for good reason. This is also why I’m asking questions and appreciate your willingness to engage.
Do you agree athletes “off-weighting” themselves by design (arm support) is a BAD IDEA even when they’re self-propelled?
First Power Vest prototypes with “hand made” spring loaded cartridges… to the finished production models now.
@UbrZati was the first facility in the world to go all in - from the beginning.
@DylanReda has been part of the journey the entire time. Combine the Power Vest with their @ZtreadZ is a formula for Faster right now same session. With continued gains.
I put this together in hopes of identifying and prioritizing various movements from a force and neural output. I think this sheds more light on why we cycle and use Isometrics and plyometrics so frequently. Plysometrics if you will.
800 lbs trap bar deadlift.
EVERY lift stronger.
365 lbs stone lift.
45 lbs PR bent press after 15 minutes his first time with me.
WeckMethod - we believe stronger is better.
SIDE/SIDE/CENTER
Coil the Core to make bilateral lifts and athletic movement stronger.
Anyone who says stronger is bad should probably learn how to make stronger move better. And get stronger (and stop yapping).
Weakness breeds frustration and bad behavior.
Nothing more dangerous than weak men.
Doesn’t matter how physically “strong” you are. The key is GET STRONGER.
It will make the mind stronger and enhance everything one does.
Improving peak propulsive force by falling. It’s a byproduct or training force absorption through a constant which is gravity. Change the mass and height as well as stopping distance and you dramatically change PPF.
RopeFlow is a rapidly growing global Movement Practice.
I created this practice in 2004.
Took a long time for athletes to recognize the profound & unique benefits of this practice.
Plenty of ridicule from the Stiff Spine trainers - who became the majority.
But then Big, Strong, Aspirational Physique guys took hold of the practice.
They got better… gained more physical prowess.
“Where’s the resistance?” Is a question that misses the point entirely.
You can also practice RopeFlow with minimal exertion - preserve your strength, energy & power.
Or you can make it as intense as you like.
It’s the Rosetta Stone for integrated athletic movement. Deal with it.
And it is the single best remedy for the “anti-athletic” syndrome called Sagittalitis.
Sagittalitis is rampant because Stiff Spine “anti-rotation” training was defined as the most important form of “core-stability” training. From the “science”.
Problem is this is not true — it’s actually the opposite.
Who said what when?
And what you say now?
Ba-BOOM.
@spikesonly “Assisted overspeed” is the equivalent of doing a kid’s homework for them vs. “true system override” overspeed where a kid learns to solve problems they can then do on their own FOR LIFE and APPLY it to even more complex movement problems w/ CONFIDENCE.
@pntrack Collision with the ground is least important aspect of this in my opinion. The unpredictability of what will happen given two unequal forces are about to be applied and the system attempting to compute/predict strategies to apply to determine access and permission is the GOLD.
