सध्याच्या काळात परीक्षा आणि पेपरमधील गैरप्रकार करणारी यंत्रणा दिवसेंद���वस अधिक सक्षम होताना दिसत आहे; मात्र हे गैरप्रकार शोधून काढणारी आणि त्यावर तातडीने कारवाई करणारी यंत्रणा तुलनेने अत्यंत अपुरी आहे.
विशेष म्हणजे, विद्यार्थी जेव्हा परीक्षा केंद्र, संशयास्पद उमेदवार किंवा परीक्षेतील अनियमिततेबाबत ठोस मुद्दे आणि तथ्ये मांडतात, तेव्हा त्यावर स्वतंत्रपणे निष्पक्ष चौकशी करण्याऐवजी अनेकदा चौकशी समिती स्थापन करण्याची औपचारिकता केली जाते.
मात्र खरा प्रश्न असा आहे की, विद्यार्थ्यांनी उपस्थित केलेल्या आरोपांची, परीक्षा केंद्रांची आणि संशयित उमेदवारांची प्रत्यक्ष चौकशी का केली जात नाही?
चौकशी समिती केवळ कागदावर न राहता तिच्याकडे विद्यार्थ्यांनी दिलेले पुरावे, CCTV फुटेज, परीक्षा केंद���रातील नोंदी, उमेदवारांचे परीक्षा-पॅटर्न आणि इतर संबंधित तथ्य तपासण्याचे स्पष्ट अधिकार असणे गरजेचे आहे.
चौकशी समिती म्हणजे आरोप झाकण्यासाठी नव्हे, तर सत्य समोर आणण्यासाठी असली पाहिजे.
विद्यार्थ्यांनी प्रश्न विचारणे हा गुन्हा नाही; उलट परीक्षा व्यवस्थेवरील विश्वास टिकवण्यासाठी त्यांच्या प्रत्येक गंभीर आरोपाची निष्पक्ष आणि पारदर्शक चौकशी हो��े आवश्यक आहे.

How Can Students Trust an Inquiry into the MMRDA Recruitment Scam? This Is the Question on Every Student’s Mind Today!

The alleged irregularities in the MMRDA recruitment process have put the future of thousands of engineering students and candidates at stake. After serious questions were raised regarding the results, normalization process and marks, MMRDA appointed a committee to investigate the matter. However, the appointment of Mr. Johnny Joseph as the Chairman of this committee has raised even more serious concerns among students. The students’ concern is not about an individual. It is about the independence, impartiality and credibility of the inquiry.

It has been reported that in 2015, the then Additional Chief Secretary Kulkarni wrote to the then Chief Secretary raising serious concerns regarding Mr. Johnny Joseph’s integrity, honesty and aspects of his official conduct. If such serious concerns were indeed raised at the official level in the past, then what “test of independence, impartiality and conflict of interest” was applied before appointing the same person to head an inquiry into the alleged irregularities in the MMRDA recruitment process?

Today, students have some simple but deeply troubling questions:
1. If serious questions were reportedly raised in the past regarding aspects of his official conduct, should the same person be entrusted with investigating a matter that directly affects the future of thousands of students?
2. Before making this appointment, were his previous official records and the concerns reportedly raised against him thoroughly examined?
3. Was there no completely independent person available to head the inquiry, someone whose appointment would be beyond even the slightest suspicion of bias or conflict of interest?
4. Students have already lost confidence in the recruitment results and the normalization process. How can they reasonably be expected to place their trust in a committee whose chairman himself is a matter of concern for them?
5. Is it enough to simply state that an inquiry is impartial, or must the process be demonstrably impartial and transparent to the students?
6. If the impartiality and credibility of the person conducting the inquiry itself are being questioned, why should students blindly accept the findings of that inquiry?

This is absolutely not a personal attack on anyone. It is a question of the credibility and integrity of the process. The MMRDA recruitment examination was conducted for 235 posts, with thousands of candidates investing years of their lives preparing for competitive examinations. Candidates have raised serious allegations regarding irregularities in the result and normalization process. Questions have also been raised about seemingly inexplicable differences in the marks of certain candidates.

In such circumstances, the inquiry committee cannot be treated as merely an administrative formality. It is a mechanism that will determine the future of thousands of students across Maharashtra.

Therefore, the students’ demands are clear:
🔴 The government must provide clear answers to the concerns raised regarding the impartiality of the committee headed by Mr. Johnny Joseph.
🔴 Instead of an internal or administrative inquiry by an institution such as MMRDA, there must be a completely independent judicial inquiry.
🔴 The inquiry should preferably be conducted under the supervision of a sitting or retired High Court Judge.

🔴 An independent forensic audit must examine the CBT process, normalization formula, raw marks, normalized marks, answer keys, server logs, examination-centre data, result-processing methodology and all relevant technical records.
🔴 The inquiry report must be made public within a clearly defined timeframe.
🔴 If any irregularity, corruption, collusion or fraud is established, strict criminal action must be taken against everyone found guilty, irrespective of their position, status or political/administrative influence.

Because this is not merely a question about one examination or one result. It is a question of the hard work of thousands of students, the hopes of their families and their future. Students have studied for years. They appeared for the examination with the hope of building a career. And today, instead of certainty about their future, they are left with questions and doubts.

The government must understand:
Students do not want favours; they want justice. Students do not want assurances; they want a transparent investigation. Do not ask students to blindly trust any committee. Give them an independent process that genuinely deserves their trust. The inquiry into the MMRDA recruitment process must be conducted in such a manner that every student can accept its findings with complete confidence.

The inquiry must be independent. The inquiry must be transparent. Whoever is guilty must face action, irrespective of position or influence.
And there must be absolutely no compromise with the future of Maharashtra’s students.

MMRDA भरती घोटाळ्याच्या चौकशीवर विद्यार्थ्यांचा विश्वास कसा बसणार? हा प्रश्न आज प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्याच्या मनात आहे!

MMRDA च्या भरती प्रक्रियेत झालेल्या कथित गैरप्रकारामुळे हजारो अभियांत्रिकी विद्यार्थ्यांच्या आणि उमेदवारांच्या भवितव्यावर प्रश्नचिन्ह निर्माण झाले आहे. निकाल, Normalization आणि गुणांबाबत गंभीर शंका उपस्थित झाल्यानंतर MMRDA ने चौकशीसाठी समिती नियुक्त केली आहे. मात्र या समितीच्या अध्यक्षपदी मा. जॉनी जोसेफ यांची नियुक्ती झाल्याने विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मनात आण��ी गंभीर प्रश्न निर्माण झाले आहेत. विद्यार्थ्यांचा प्रश्न व्यक्तीविरोधाचा नाही; प्रश्न आहे तो चौकशीच्या निष्पक्षतेचा आणि विश्वासार्हतेचा!

२०१५ मध्ये तत्कालीन अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव कुलकर्णी यांनी तत्कालीन मुख्य सचिवांना पत्र लिहून जॉनी जोसेफ यांच्या प्रामाणिकपणा, सचोटी आणि त्यांच्या शासकीय कार्यपद्धतीशी संबंधित काही गंभीर बाबींवर चिंता व्यक्त केल्याचे वृत्त आहे. जर अशा प्रकारच्��ा गंभीर बाबींबाबत अधिकृत पातळीवर पूर्वी प्रश्न उपस्थित झाले असतील, तर आज MMRDA भरती प्रक्रिये��्या कथित गैरप्रकाराची चौकशी करण्यासाठी त्याच व्यक्तीला समितीचे अध्यक्ष करण्याचा निर्णय घेताना शासनाने कोणती "स्वतंत्रता, निष्पक्षता आणि Conflict of Interest ची कसोटी" लावली?

आज विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मनात काही सरळ आणि अस्वस्थ करणारे प्रश्न आहेत:
१.ज्यांच्या स्वतःच्या शासकीय कार्यकाळाबाबत पूर्वी गंभीर प्रश्न उपस्थित झाल्याचे सांगितले जाते, त्यांनीच विद्यार्थ्यांच्या भवितव्याशी संबंधित या प्र���रणाची चौकशी करावी का?
२. या नियुक्तीपूर्वी त्यांच्या पूर्वीच्या अधिकृत नोंदी आणि त्यांच्याबाबत उपस्थित करण्यात आलेल्या आक्षेपांची तपासणी करण्यात आली का?
३. चौकशी समितीच्या अध्यक्षपदासाठी पूर्णपणे स्वतंत्र आणि कोणत्याही प्रकारच्या पूर्वग्रहाच्या संशयापासून मुक्त व्यक्ती उपलब्ध नव्हती का?
४. ज्या विद्यार्थ्यांना आधीच निकाल आणि Normalization प्रक्रियेवर विश्वास राहिलेला नाही, त्यांच्याकडून या समितीवर विश्वास ठेवण्याची अपेक्षा कशी केली जाऊ शकते?
५. ‘चौकशी निष्पक्ष आहे’ एवढे सांगणे पुरेसे आहे का, की ती निष्पक्ष असल्याचे विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रत्यक्ष दिसले पाहिजे?
६. चौकशी करणाऱ्या व्यक्तीची निष्पक्षता आणि विश्वासार्हताच संशयाच्या भोवऱ्यात असेल, तर ��्या चौकशीच्या निष्कर्षांवर विद्यार्थ्यांनी विश्वास का ठेवावा?

हा व्यक्तीविरोध अजिबात नाही. हा प्रक्रियेच्या विश्वासार्हतेचा प्रश्न आहे. MMRDA भरती प्रक्रियेत २३५ पदांसाठी परीक्षा झाली. हजारो उमेदवारांनी आपल्या आयुष्याची वर्षे स्पर्धा परीक्षेच्या तयारीत घालवली. निकालाच्या प्रक्रियेत आणि Normalization मध्ये गंभीर विसंगती असल्याचे उमेदवारांकडून आरोप केले जात आहेत. काही उमेदवारांच्या गुणा���बाबत अविश्वसनीय तफावत असल्याचेही प्रश्न उपस्थित झाले आहेत. अशा परिस्थितीत चौकशी समिती ही केवळ प्रशासकीय औपचारिकता नसून "राज्यातील हजारो विद्यार्थ्यांच्या भवितव्याचा निर्णय घेणारी व्यवस्था" आहे.

म्हणूनच विद्यार्थ्यांची मागणी स्पष्ट आहे :
🔴 मा. जॉनी जोसेफ यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखालील समितीच्या निष्पक्षतेबाबत निर्माण झालेल्या प्रश्नांची शासनाने स्पष्ट उत्तरे द्यावीत.
🔴 MMRDA सारख्या स���स्थेच्या अंतर्गत किंवा प्रशासकीय चौकशीपेक्षा "पूर्णपणे स्वतंत्र न्यायिक चौकशी" करण्यात यावी.
🔴 ही चौकशी "उच्च न्यायालयाच्या विद्यमान किंवा निवृत्त न्यायमूर्तींच्या देखरेखीखाली" करण्यात यावी.
🔴 CBT, Normalization Formula, Raw Marks, Normalized Marks, Answer Keys, सर्व्हर लॉग्स, परीक्षा केंद्रांवरी�� डेटा, निकाल तयार करण्याची प्रक्रिया आणि संबंधित तांत्रिक नोंदींचे "स्वतंत्र Forensic Audit" करण्यात यावे.
🔴 चौकशीचा अहवाल निश्चित कालमर्यादेत सार्वजनिक करण्यात यावा.
🔴 चौकशीत कोणत्याही प्रकारचा गैरप्रकार, भ्रष्टाचार, संगनमत किंवा फसवणूक आढळल्यास "पद, प्रतिष्ठा किंवा राजकीय/प्रशासकीय प्रभाव न पाहता संबंधितांवर कठोर फौजदारी कारवाई" करण्यात यावी.

कारण हा केवळ एका परीक्षेचा किंवा एका निकाल���चा प्रश्न नाही. हा हजारो विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मेहनतीचा, त्यांच्या कुटुंबांच्या अपेक्षांचा आणि त्यांच्या भविष्याचा प्रश्न आहे. विद्यार्थ्यांनी वर्षानुवर्षे अभ्यास केला, परीक्षा दिली आणि आता त्यांच्या हातात निकालाऐवजी प्रश्नचिन्ह आले आहे.

सरकारने हे लक्षात ठेवावे:
विद्यार्थ्यांना उपकार नकोत; त्यांना न्याय हवा आहे. विद्यार्थ्यांना आश्वासन नको; त्यांना पारदर्शक चौकशी हवी आहे. विद्यार्थ्यांना कोणत्याही समितीवर अंधविश्वास ठेवायला सांगू नका; त्यांना विश्वास ठेवता येईल अशी स्वतंत्र व्यवस्था द्या. MMRDA भरतीची चौकशी अशी असली पाहिजे की तिच्या निष्कर्षावर प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी डोळे झाकून विश्वास ठेवू शकेल. चौकशी स्वतंत्र हवी, चौकशी पारदर्शक हवी दोषी कोणताही असो, कारवाई झालीच पाहिजे आणि विद्यार्थ्यांच्या भवितव्याशी कोणतीही तडजोड होता कामा नये!

This raises a fundamental question: How transparent and impartial can an investigation be when serious concerns about the very person heading it have reportedly been raised in the past?
Students demand a truly independent Judicial Inquiry, preferably under the supervision of a sitting/retired High Court judge. The investigation must be completely transparent, and criminal action should be initiated against anyone found guilty, irrespective of their position.
Students deserve justice, transparency and accountability.

And intrestingly rank 19 got 193 marks and Rank 20 got 183 marks

Such sudden gap at this rank is impossible in these exams.

‘Rojgar Nyay Yatra’ Raises the Strong Voice of Maharashtra’s Youth! ✊

The Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee’s Employment & Self-Employment Department organized a ‘Rojgar Nyay Yatra’ in Pune demanding the immediate filling of vacant posts, completion of pending recruitment processes, transparent conduct of all examinations, and strict action against paper leaks.

The Yatra was flagged off by Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee President Harshwardhan Sapkal. On the occasion, AICC Secretary and Maharashtra Co-Incharge Shri B. M. Sandeep and AICC Secretary and Maharashtra Co-Incharge Smt. Rehana Christie met the students protesting at Pune Municipal Corporation and extended their strong support to their demands. Gopal Tiwary and Atul Londhe addressed and guided the students during the Yatra. Baliram Dole, along with office-bearers of the Pune City and District Congress, youth, students and Congress workers, participated in large numbers.

Those who play with the future of students who work day and night and study honestly will not be spared. The Congress demanded an independent, impartial and time-bound investigation into irregularities in recruitment processes and strict action against those responsible.

During the Yatra, memoranda were submitted to the Chief Engineer at Sinchan Bhavan and the Pune District Collector, urging immediate action on the demands of Maharashtra’s youth.

Congress will intensify this struggle until students get justice and the recruitment process becomes transparent, merit-based and free from corruption.

‘रोजगार न्याय यात्रे’तून महाराष्ट्रातील युवकांचा बुलंद आवाज! ✊

रिक्त पदांची तातडीने भरती, प्रलंबित भरती प्रक्रिया त्वरित पूर्ण करणे, सर्व परीक्षा पारदर्शक पद्धतीने घेणे आणि पेपरफुटीविरोधात कठोर कारवाईच्या मागणीसाठी महाराष्ट्र प्रदेश काँग्रेस कमिटीच्या रोजगार व स्वयंरोजगार विभागाच्या वतीने पुण्यात ‘रोजगार न्याय यात्रा’ काढण्यात आली.

महाराष्ट्र प्रदेश काँग्रेस कमिटीचे अध्यक्ष हर्षवर्धन सपकाळ यांनी यात्रेचा प्रारंभ केला. यावेळी AICC सचिव व महाराष्ट्र सहप्रभारी श्री. बी. एम. संदीप आणि AICC सचिव व महाराष्ट्र सहप्रभारी श्रीमती रेहाना क्रिस्टी यांनी पुणे महानगरपालिका येथे आंदोलन करणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांची भेट घेऊन त्यांच्या मागण्यांना ठाम पाठिंबा दिला. यात्रेत गोपाल तिवारी व अतुल लोंढे यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांना मार्गदर्शन केले. यावेळी बळीराम डोळे यांच्यासह पुणे शहर व जिल्हा काँग्रेसचे पदाधिकारी, युवक, विद्यार्थी आणि कार्यकर्ते मोठ्या संख्येने सहभागी झाले.

दिवसरात्र मेहनत करून प्रामाणिकपणे अभ्यास करणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांच्या भवितव्याशी खेळ करणाऱ्यांना माफी मिळणार नाही. भरती प्��क्रियेतील गैरप्रकारांची स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष आणि वेळबद्ध चौकशी करून दोषींवर कठोर कारवाई झालीच पाहिजे, अशी मागणी यावेळी करण्यात आली.

यात्रेदरम्यान सिंचन भवन येथे मुख्य अभियंता तसेच पुणे जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयात जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांना निवेदन देऊन युवकांच्या मागण्यांकडे तातडीने लक्ष देण्याची मागणी करण्यात आली.

विद्यार्थ्यांना न्याय मिळेपर्यंत आणि भरती प्रक्रिया पारदर्शक, गुणवत्ताधारित व भ्रष्टाचारमुक्त होईपर्यंत काँग्रेसचा हा संघर्ष अधिक तीव्र केला जाईल.

👉सदर उमेदवारांनी निदर्शनास आणून दिल्यानुसार, मागील काही वर्षांपासून राज्यातील विविध शासकीय विभागांमध्ये स्थापत्य अभियांत्रिकी संवर्गातील पदे रिक्त असूनही सदर रिक्त पदांच्या भरतीसाठी आवश्यक त्या जाहिराती अद्याप प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आलेल्या नाहीत. विशेषतः जलसंपदा विभाग, जलसंधारण ���िभाग, नगरपरिषद प्रशासन तसेच इतर संबंधित विभागांमध्ये उपलब्ध असलेल्या रिक्त पदांमुळे पात्र उमेदवारांना शासकीय सेवेत संधी उपलब्ध होण्यास विलंब होत आहे.

👉जलसंधारण विभागातील भरतीबाबत संबंधित विभागाचे मा. मंत्री महोदय यांच्याकडून वेळोवेळी घोषणा करण्यात आल्याचे उमेदवारांनी निदर्शनास आणून दिले आहे. तथापि, प्रत्यक्ष भरती प्रक्रिया सुरू करण्याच्या दृष्टीने आवश्यक जाहिरात अद्याप प्र���िद्ध झालेली नसल्याने उमेदवारांमध्ये असंतोष निर्माण झालेला आहे.

👉त्यामुळे संबंधित विभागांनी उपलब्ध रिक्त पदांची वस्तुनिष्ठ आकडेवारी निश्चित करून, पदांची आवश्यक मंजुरी व प्रशासकीय कार्यवाही पूर्ण करून भरतीची जाहिरात प्रसिद्ध करण्याबाबत कालबद्ध कार्यवाही करणे आवश्यक आहे.

👉MMRDA सहाय्यक अभियंता-२ परीक्षेच्या निकालाबाबत

नुकत्याच पार पडलेल्या MMRDA सहाय्यक अभियंता-२ पदाच्या परीक्षे���्या निकालाबाबत काही उमेदवारांनी गंभीर स्वरूपाचे आक्षेप उपस्थित केले आहेत.

काही उमेदवारांच्या प्राप्त गुणांमध्ये असामान्य स्वरूपाची तफावत असल्याचे तसेच काही विशिष्ट परीक्षा केंद्रांशी संबंधित निकालांच्या स्वरूपाबाबत शंका उपस्थित करण्यात आल्याचे उमेदवारांनी निदर्शनास आणून दिले आहे.

सदर आक्षेपांची सत्यता अथवा वस्तुस्थिती अधिकृतरीत्या पडताळून पाहणे आवश्यक असून, कोणत्याही न���ष्कर्षापूर्वी संबंधित परीक्षा यंत्रणेमार्फत संपूर्ण परीक्षा प्रक्रियेचे तांत्रिक व स्वतंत्र परीक्षण करण्यात यावे.

यामध्ये आवश्यकतेनुसार परीक्षा केंद्रांवरील CCTV चित्रीकरण, बायोमेट्रिक नोंदी, सर्व्हर लॉग, उमेदवारांची उपस्थिती नोंद, प्रश्नपत्रिका वितरण व संकलन प्रक्रिया, उत्तरपत्रिका/डिजिटल प्रतिसाद, गुणांकन प्रक्रिया तसेच इतर संबंधित इलेक्ट्रॉनिक नोंदींची पडताळणी करण्यात य��वी.

सदर पडताळणीअंती वस्तुस्थिती स्पष्ट करून पात्र उमेदवारांच्या हिताचे संरक्षण होईल, अशा पद्धतीने आवश्यक ती कार्यवाही करण्यात यावी.

👉पुणे महानगरपालिका कनिष्ठ अभियंता पदाच्या भरती प्रक्रियेबाबतही काही उमेदवारांनी आक्षेप नोंदविले असून, सदर प्रकरणाची चौकशी/परीक्षण करण्यासाठी IBPS कडून अहवाल प्राप्त होणे अपेक्षित असल्याचे निदर्शनास आले आहे.

अशा परिस्थितीत संबंधित अहवाल प्राप्त होऊन त्यातील निष्कर्षांचा विचार होण्यापूर्वीच नियुक्ती प्रक्रियेबाबत कोणताही अंतिम निर्णय घेतला जात असल्यास, त्याबाबत उमेदवारांमध्ये संभ्रम निर्माण होण्याची शक्यता आहे.

त्यामुळे IBPS चा अंतिम अहवाल प्राप्त झाल्यानंतर त्यातील निष्कर्षांचा सखोल विचार करूनच पुढील नियुक्तीविषयक कार्यवाही करण्यात यावी, अशी उमेदवारांची मागणी आहे.

👉वरील सर्व बाबींच्या अनुषंगाने शासन व संबंधित प्रशा���कीय यंत्रणांनी पुढीलप्रमाणे कार्यवाही करावी

1. राज्यातील विविध विभागांमधील स्थापत्य अभियांत्रिकी संवर्गातील रिक्त पदांची अद्ययावत संख्या जाहीर करावी.

2. आवश्यक प्रशासकीय कार्यवाही पूर्ण करून रिक्त पदांच्या भरतीसाठी कालबद्ध पद्धतीने जाहिराती प्रसिद्ध कराव्यात.

3. MMRDA सहाय्यक अभियंता-२ परीक्षेच्या निकालाबाबत उमेदवारांनी उपस्थित केलेल्या आक्षेपांची स्वतंत्र व तांत्रिक पद्धतीने पडताळणी करावी.

4. आवश्यकतेनुसार CCTV, बायोमेट्रिक, सर्व्हर लॉग, परीक्षा केंद्रनिहाय माहिती व गुणांकन प्रक्रियेची तपासणी करावी.

5. पुणे महानगरपालिका कनिष्ठ अभियंता भरती प्रक्रियेबाबत IBPS चा अंतिम अहवाल प्राप्त करून त्यातील निष्कर्षांच्या आधारे पुढील कार्यवाही करावी.

6. संपूर्ण भरती प्रक्रिया पारदर्शक, निष्पक्ष व गुणवत्ताधारित राहील याची दक्षता घ्यावी.

7. उमेदवारांनी उपस्थित केलेल्या आक्षेपांबाबत संबंधित प्राधिकरणाने अधिकृतरीत्या वस्तुस्थिती स्पष्ट करावी.

ही मागणी कोणत्याही विशिष्ट उमेदवाराच्या विरोधात नसून, पात्र उमेदवारांना न्याय मिळावा, भरती प्रक्रिया पारदर्शक राहावी आणि शासकीय सेवेत गुणवत्तेच्या आधारे निवड व्हावी, या व्यापक उद्देशाने करण्यात येत आहे.

राज्यातील स्पर्धा परीक्षा उमेदवारांच्या भवितव्याचा विचार करून शासनाने सदर बाबींवर तातडीने सकारात्���क व कालबद्ध कार्यवाही करावी, ही अपेक्षा.

महाराष्ट्र प्रदेश काँग्रेस कमिटीच्या रोजगार व स्वयंरोजगार विभागाच्या वतीने प्रदेशाध्यक्ष, रोजगार व स्वयंरोजगार विभाग, महाराष्ट्र काँग्रेस श्री. धनंजय शिंदे यांच्या नेतृत्वात काढण्यात आलेल्या ‘रोजगार न्याय यात्रा’ अंतर्गत आज पुणे महानगरपालिका येथे आंदोलन करणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांची भेट घेऊन त्यांच्या न्याय्य मागण्यांना ठाम पाठिंबा दिला.

पुणे महापालिकेतील कनिष्ठ अभियंता भरती परीक्षेतील पेपरफुटीच्या आरोपांच्या निषेधार्थ शेकडो विद्यार्थी आंदोलन करत आहेत. वर्षानुवर्षे अभ्यास करून सरकारी नोकरीचे स्वप्न पाहणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांच्या भवितव्याशी पेपरफुटी, परीक्षा गैरव्यवहार आणि भरतीतील अनियमितता करून खेळ केला जात आहे.

क्लाऊड आणि एआयच्या युगात पेपरफुटी होणे हे महाराष्ट्रासाठी अत्यंत दुर्दैवी आणि लज्जास्पद आहे. PMC आणि MMRDA पेपरफुटीच्या प्रकरणात विद्यार्थ्यांनी दीड महिन्यापूर्वीच पुरावे दिले असून, आयुक्तांची भेट घेऊन चौकशीची मागणीही केली होती. मात्र अद्याप ठोस कारवाई झालेली नाही.

उच्च व तंत्र शिक्षण मंत्री चंद्रकांत पाटील यांनी नैतिक जबाबदारी स्वीकारून राजीनामा द्यावा, अशी ठाम मागणी यावेळी विद्यार्थ्यांना संबोधित करताना केली.

पेपरफुटीची निष्पक्ष चौकशी, दोषींवर क��ोर कारवाई आणि परीक्षा प्रक्रिया पारदर्शकपणे राबवून विद्यार्थ्यांना न्याय मिळालाच पाहिज��, ही काँग्रेसची ठाम भूमिका आहे.

रोजगार न्याय यात्रेच्या माध्यमातून विद्यार्थ्यांच्या हक्कांसाठीचा हा संघर्ष काँग्रेस ठामपणे पुढे नेणार आहे.
