She was asked to come after lunch time then again when she visited was held hostage by bank for 2 hours and still no work of account opening was done. Also was told please open in some other bank.

My 50 year old mother had to spend more than 2 hours in the Mahal Chowk Branch , Alwar for account opening visited twice still couldn’t get a account opened and is again called on Monday. Such poor state of SBI is a testament of its poor customer service.

@nsitharaman mam please look into this how can a Central Bank celebrating 75 year’s is still 50 year’s backward in customer service and is known for harassing customers. This is such poor state of service that 10+ people in a branch couldn’t help my mother.
