Ordered a KFC meal (Order ID: 7626319323) and a medium Chicken Popcorn was missing. Instead of resolving it, support asked me to email and wait 24 hrs, saying they’ll “share feedback.” What am I supposed to do with an incomplete family order? Very disappointing.
