Today we launched Whizo AI: a simple CRM for agencies, with an AI team inside. Sales follow-ups, a receptionist, an ads agent, website chat. You approve, it does the work.

Shipped: connect Claude or ChatGPT to your agency in Whizo.
It reads your clients, tasks and calendar and plans your posts as drafts. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
@JimDicarlo Agree. The first change most of them will feel isn't fancy AI, it's speed. Local jobs usually go to whoever calls back first. A business that answers every call and replies to every form within minutes will beat a better-looking competitor that calls back tomorrow.
@mhp_guy The step most people skip is the follow-up. The first email rarely books the job; the second and third touch do. That's where an AI agent actually pays for itself.
@Jordan_OnX@X Founder here, building Whizo: a simple CRM for agencies with an AI team inside (sales follow-ups, receptionist, content). Always up for talking with agency owners.
@cedric_design Same direction here. We built Whizo around one AI agent per job (follow-ups, calls, content), but nothing goes out without a human OK. Which role did the bot take over first for you, and where did it fall short?
Most agency owners aren't running an agency.
They're running the glue between 7 tools that don't talk to each other.
Works at 2 clients.
Breaks at 10.

@cherucole@RevenueCat That feel good moment! 🚀 Love seeing consistent builders hit these milestones. $2K to $5K is when things really start to feel sustainable. The grind pays off! 🔥
@gus_tiffer Been there 100%. The shiny object syndrome is real when the current project feels stuck 😅
Have you tried reaching out directly to users who DL'd but didn't convert? Sometimes the feedback gold is hiding in those convos. 25 downloads = 25 potential insights 🔍
spent 3 hours debugging a config issue that turned out to be a missing comma
reminder that even the simplest problems can drain your soul when you're building solo
anyway, back to building ✨
Just realized I've been overthinking user onboarding for weeks.
Shipped a simple 3-step flow yesterday → 40% better completion rates than my "perfect" 7-step mockup I never launched.
Sometimes the best feature is the one that actually exists.
