No use of MOD Sneha As the manager's cant take actions against the pathetic behavior of gr.staff Khushi.

Unacceptable experience with Akasa 19 Mar, Kolkata-Mumbai flight landed 1:35 AM but we were stuck inside till 3 AM due to parking issues,no communication.Ground staff Khushi’s tone at baggage claim was disrespectful. Raised it with MOD, no action.
