It took me over 10 minutes to book a cylinder today. Scarcity of cylinder is understandable but why harass customers like this?

@IFBAppliances Getting repeated false calls from your service centres - logged call for product/installation. When i am denying it, they are asking for codes sent to me for closing call. Why should i share codes when i have not logged a call?. Kindly look into the matter.

@IndiGo6E @swapy_banna Dear #indigo6E what do you do when passengers arrive on time, check in on time, complete all formalities on time, and then wait for hours for delayed flights to take off? Do you compensate them for the time wasted time and the tension?

@micchamasala This is a problem everywhere. At Howrah Station, #uber drivers force passengers to pay the parking fee and on spot even though the fee is included in the fare. Every time one has to write separately to uber to get a refund (which is again a few rupees short).

@KPTrafficDept a lot of barriers were installed at road crossings for traffic/pedestrian crossovers. But now i find them rarely used. Are these being maintained? Otherwise these might topple on unsuspecting passersby resulting in horrible accidents. Kindly look into the matter.

Just fyi - as i have been complaining about nightly power cuts, #CESC has gone one step ahead and disconnected power at 4pm just now. Thanks a lot.

@CESCLimited We did exactly that. But with low voltage (even voltage stabiliser is not working) and regular power cuts, our investment has fallen flat. Any comments from #CESC ?

@CESCLimited after power cuts for 6 consecutive nights, we had a reprieve on saturday. Problem returns on Sunday night. Already two rounds of powercuts between 12.30am and 2am. Will not DM my details as you already have them from my complaints in the past week.

Just now, two phases in our building have no power. Ours in low voltage mode. Guess it will go off any time soon. Sixth day in a row.
So look into the matter at the earliest, feel sorry for our incovenience, and promise to inform the 'team'.

@NalinisKitchen @IRCTCofficial @AshwiniVaishnaw Thank you Nalini Unagar for this post. It is an issue across many regular trains. It is not only inconvenient but a security hazard too. Happens in connivance with the ticket checker. Sadly, when complaint is raised, all they ask for is PNR, ignoring the broader issue.

@CESCLimited Subhasis, sympathies are no good if CESC cannot provide a permanent solution. I fail to understand why a few select buildings in our area are being targeted while others have uninterrupted power supply. And i am not even going into the issue of voltage fluctuation.
