1. That’s just how their silly little moose eye look
2. I’ve had too many close encounters with Moose as of recent, DO NOT yell at them or raise your voice as this actually makes them more likely to charge you, try and talk softly to them and back the fuck away SLOWLY DO NOT RUN
If you are in grizzly country, carry bear spray & know that’ll assist in an encounter like this. Moose are terrifying & honestly scare me more than grizzlies cuz these mf’ers don’t bluff charge, they charge charge, so know the area you’re in and respect wildlife’s space
and by hot I mean my brains a hot mess but I did find hiking shorts that I can fit 4 pb&js + a bag of harvest snaps in!!! it’s the small Ws folks!!!
I went on a 17 hour Search and Rescue op in the rain yesterday.
12 hours in, the team was complaining about being "gassed" discussing giving up and I was just like 🤷🏼♂️ I'm at like 95% and I've been up since 0230.
Could not relate at all.
Couple thoughts here... 🧵
landed back in wyoming (prime grizzly country) and over hear some folks on the plane say “nah we won’t get bear spray, we didn’t even use it last time.”
survival of the fitness, boys!
Hey so maybe don’t do this?
Things like bbq sauce have garlic and onion which contain compounds such as thiosulfates and disulfides, which can damage red blood cells in fish, leading to hemolytic anemia.
The sugar in the sauce can also cause an excess of bacterial and fungal growth which will fuck up their digestive tract and affect the water quality around them when they poop.
Doing shit like this can fuck up the entire ecosystem for a couple likes.
It’s not even funny content. It’s just destructive and abusive and stupid.
