Après Niamey, Ouagadougou constitue la deuxième étape de cette tournée dans l’AES, illustrant la volonté du Président béninois de privilégier la diplomatie de proximité et le dialogue avec les pays voisins dans un contexte sous-régional marqué par d’importants défis sécuritaires et économiques.
