Had a few tough days mentally over the weekend when my mood was low. Took the following steps.
1. Talked to people
2. Set myself a new running goal
3. Created a new training plan
4. Went for a long run
Today I feel amazing and proud of myself.

5th Appearance at the Barry Richards 10K for @HastingsRunners
Previous best was 53 mins. Once did it in 64 mins.
Yesterday I ran a 10K PB in 41:53. Felt great as well. Training continues to pay off.
@the__chez@theipaper I appreciate they are automated banners targeted at the person reading the post, but perhaps removing them altogether in this instance might be the best option.
