@Uber@Uber_Support very underwhelmed by your support and staff. Was offered Disney+ though the app, was monthly subs for it. Applied, nothing. Then offered annual at a discount. Signed up. Again applied for Disney+ offer. Very avoidant and gaslight-y chat later and feeling angry

@UberUKI_Support And yet again I receive ANOTHER email from Uber saying I’ve got a year of Disney+ for free, yet when I click it I just get it’s not valid. Are you trolling me or something? Does anyone actually work at Uber Support or is it all automated and generally non-existent?

If I don’t even get a call from @bookingcom then I’ll consider posting the recordings of our calls. You can then hear from yourself and maybe we will get somewhere then. Because so far if you shout it’s the only way to seemingly get something. Prefer not but it’s moving that way
More on the @bookingcom saga: it appears they don’t want to refund my thousands of pounds of money, and are using delay tactics. I was given promises and they’re being broken. I’m getting more frustrated each day.
Not trying to get anyone sacked, just want the flights I paid good money for and to be able to trust an email from a company and not get told it's FAKE NEWS and get gaslit by the people who I'm supposedly flying with! As I say, all recorded from the phone calls #itworksbothways

Or maybe someone from @DailyMail will do a lovely piece on this company @bookingcom who everyone seems to trust, but are actually low key awful as a travel agent (just look at the GoToGate reviews and then you find out they use them for customer service)
