@Naushaba Call them and they are like.... justifying that my internet connection was on after time ended even though internet connection was off before time is up.

@Naushaba OH MY GOD.HAPPENED TO ME PRE-QUARANTINE AND I WENT TO THEIR FRANCHISE AND THEY SAID SINCE MY SIM'S WARID SO IT MUST BE MALFUNCTIONING SO I SHOULD REALLY SWITCH IT TO JAZZ. THE FUCK?MOFOs LOOTED MORE THAN 700/- FROM ME ALONGWITH SIM SWITCHING CHARGES. I THOUGHT I WAS GHE ONLY ONE.
@Naushaba yes they were deducting my balance on daily basis without any notification when i asked they said we have activated a very good service of "Win it" Where u can win prizes ( Just imagne) and furthermore access to their service centre representative is extremly difficult ,
