Prices for food commodities rocket up, a sign of shortage in agricultural production and supply- these in turn due to the failure to address properly some of the key ag production factors and intermediate variables.

@agronomistag No- fertilizers are needed even for legumes. They fix N but just small quantity that is not enough for their own nutrition. Consider that legumes sometimes leak some of the N they fixed!

Animal source food added to plant based food improve nutrition. Fruits and vegetables are nutritious-their consumption should be increased.
