🚨 KALEHE: CIVILIANS ARE CRYING OUT THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY IS CALLED UPON TO INTERVENE
Civilians in parts of Kalehe, South Kivu, are crying out following reports of heavy artillery shelling against populated areas on August 11, 2026.
Those accused of carrying out these attacks are FARDC, FDNB, FDLR, Wazalendo and mercenaries. These are serious allegations that require an independent and swift investigation so that the truth can be established.
If civilians were indeed targeted, this is something that must not be tolerated. We call upon the UN, MONUSCO, the African Union, the United States of America, the European Union and human rights organizations to stand with civilians who are being killed under the governments of President Félix Tshisekedi and President Evariste Ndayishimiye.
The people of Kalehe: they do not want to be victims of war. They want security, life and peace.

Twenty-two years ago, in Burundi, more than 160 Banyamulenge refugees, including women and children, were killed in the Gatumba refugee camp.
The Gatumba Refugees Survivors Foundation, which brings together survivors of this attack, says that it filed a complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC), calling for those involved in the attack to be prosecuted. However, to this day, they have still not received justice.
We should connect this to the genocide against the Tutsi in the DRC, because, up to now, not a single country in the world or international organization has condemned these killings. They have all remained silent.
What I believe should be done is that we must all rise together and defend ourselves, because there is no country that has compassion for us. It is a long-term plan shared by the Interahamwe, FDLR, FARDC, FDNB, Wazalendo, and Imbonerakure.
What we must understand is that we should forget about constantly crying out to the international community to come and save us. Instead, we must protect ourselves by standing together, all of us.

ICG Statement on the Great Lakes Region

The United States, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, the European Union, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, as members of the International Contact Group (ICG) for the Great Lakes Region, chaired by France, issued a statement calling on the Democratic Republic of Congo to end any form of cooperation with the FDLR.

The ICG calls on the Congolese authorities to promptly develop a clear operational plan and a realistic timeline, so that the implementation of the operation to neutralize, combat, and dismantle the FDLR movement can be effective, in accordance with the commitments signed in the Washington Agreements, the CONOPS of October 31, 2024, concerning the cessation of hostilities and the lifting of Rwanda’s defensive measures, as well as the Washington Agreement of June 27, 2025.

The ICG stresses that it is of great importance that the Government of Congo implements this protocol. It therefore also calls on the Government of Congo to clearly explain the mechanisms for combating and preventing impunity, as referred to in the protocol, and to work with MONUSCO as a key partner in its implementation.

The ICG further emphasizes that any colocation or operational collaboration with members of the FDLR is completely incompatible with the commitments made by the DRC under the Washington Agreements.

Following Eric Prince’s visit to Kinshasa, President Félix Tshisekedi and President Evariste Ndayishimiye asked him to provide 5,000 mercenaries so that they could retake all the areas occupied by AFC/M23 and MDP Twirwaneho.
President Ndayishimiye was also asked to increase his troops to 35,000, in addition to fighters from the FDLR terrorist group who were trained in Burundi. As we speak, they have started carrying out attacks in Walungu Territory, in Kamanyola.
So far, peace in eastern DRC remains as far away as the moon because President Tshisekedi and President Ndayishimiye, together with the FDLR, have only one plan: to attack Rwanda.

An Appeal to the International Community
There is a question I ask myself and also ask President Trump of the United States of America, @antonioguterres, @UN, @IntlCrimCourt, the African Union, the European Union, the East African Community, and international organizations:
Do you see the atrocities and killings being committed against the people of the DRC? Are you watching all of this happen in silence while supporting the atrocities President Félix Tshisekedi is committing against his own people because he has valuable minerals that he gives to everyone so that they close their eyes?
I see you constantly talking about human rights. Aren’t the people of the DRC human beings? It has reached the point where the country has become Sodom and Gomorrah. Yet you have the power to intervene. Whoever governs the DRC would still give you these minerals. Why don’t you intervene and save the people of the DRC?
The FDLR group has been given the name Wazalendo so that President Tshisekedi can mislead the international community, with the support of some European countries that have supported him. The FDLR is committing atrocities against the people of the DRC, just as it did against the Tutsi during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda.
It is heartbreaking and deeply painful to see an elderly woman of this age being brutally killed, while the whole world watches as if it were watching a football match, without any intervention.
All of you who have the power to intervene and are not intervening will be judged by history. This face of this elderly woman that you are looking at those who have the power are subjecting her to torture. Enough is enough.
President Tshisekedi must be removed from office and handed over to the International Criminal Court. The atrocities and killings Tshisekedi has committed are unlike anything you would find anywhere else in this world.
All we can do is speak out and call for help for those who are in danger. The rest is in the hands of God in heaven. May God intervene.

RDC #Urgent
The information seems to be increasingly confirmed.
As I had announced, Eric Prince had reportedly been in Kinshasa for several days. After the meeting he had with F. Tshisekedi, with a delegation from Burundi that had arrived accompanied by Gen Prime Niyongabo, Eric Prince is reportedly preparing a major offensive in the coming days, which would start from Uvira.
According to some witnesses on the ground, mercenaries said to be working for Vectus Global, formerly Blackwater, have been seen in Uvira, particularly in the Namyanda Mal Acquis area, on Avenue Plage d’Or.
It is reported that Eric Prince and his men were given orders by F. Tshisekedi to launch a major offensive aimed at retaking Minembwe and its surrounding areas, in order to prevent AFC/M23 from taking Kalemie.
However, reliable information indicates that the objective of taking Minembwe is not the only objective. What else is the purpose if not to destabilize the security of Rwanda? And what will AFC/M23 do to thwart this criminal plan that is reportedly being prepared in Uvira?
The United States government asked AFC/M23 to leave the city of Uvira. Yet now the city is reportedly being used to prepare atrocities, without leaving aside the killings being committed against the inhabitants of that city.
The residents are crying out to AFC/M23 to come to their rescue.

Patrick Muyaya, your words clearly reveal the double standards you have always used.
When Banyamulenge are killed, when they are attacked with drone strikes, when their homes are burned or when they are hunted simply because they are called “Rwandans,” why don’t you speak about their rights? Why don’t you treat the lives of Banyamulenge as having the same value as those of other Congolese citizens?
Just a few days ago, in Minembwe, Banyamulenge were reportedly killed and drone strikes were used. Yet today you speak as if nothing happened, while continuing to use statements aimed at distorting the truth and misleading the public.
If you truly believe that Banyamulenge are Congolese, then demonstrate it through actions, not just words. Calling them Congolese while they are being killed because of who they are or because of their perceived origin is nothing but hypocrisy.
Across the DRC, other citizens are also being labeled “Rwandans,” hunted, killed, burned, or forced to flee. Why don’t you speak about that? Why, when the victim is a Banyamulenge or someone accused of being Rwandan, does their life suddenly seem to have less value than that of others?
Patrick Muyaya, people need truth and justice, not two different languages depending on the situation. You cannot claim to fight discrimination while using other forms of discrimination.
If you truly want Banyamulenge to feel that they are Congolese, then start by protecting their lives, delivering justice for those who have been killed, and publicly condemning those who attack them simply because they are called “Rwandans.”
Words alone cannot hide the blood of innocent people. The people know the truth, and history will remember.
