**🇪🇺💥 L’EUROPE A VOULU JOUER AU PLUS FORT AVEC LA CHINE… ELLE VIENT DE PERDRE**

Bruxelles a décidé de sanctionner 14 entreprises chinoises pour leur soutien présumé à la Russie.

Pékin a répondu en moins de 24 heures : 14 entreprises européennes, dont l’allemand Rheinmetall, l’italien Lafert et le français Cavok UAS, sont désormais privées de biens à double usage chinois.

Et ce n’est qu’un début.

**1/** Le 23 juillet 2026, l’UE a adopté son **21e paquet de sanctions** contre la Russie, incluant 14 entreprises de Chine et de Hong Kong sur sa liste noire. L’accusation : soutien à l’industrie militaire russe et contournement des sanctions.

**2/** Le 24 juillet, Pékin a riposté. Le ministère du Commerce chinois a annoncé l’ajout de **14 entités européennes** sur sa liste de contrôle des exportations, avec effet immédiat. La raison : *« préserver la sécurité nationale et répondre aux agissements malveillants de l’UE »* .

**3/** Parmi les cibles : le géant allemand de l’armement **Rheinmetall**, le motoriste italien **Lafert**, le français **Cavok UAS** (spécialisé dans les drones), le néerlandais **IHC** et le tchèque **Tatra Trucks**.

**4/** La mesure interdit l’exportation vers ces entreprises de **biens à double usage** – des produits civils utilisables à des fins militaires, y compris certaines **terres rares**. Pas de composants, pas de semi-conducteurs, pas de matériaux critiques.

**5/** La Chine contrôle **66 % de la production mondiale de terres rares et 88 % du raffinage**. Sans ces matières, l’industrie de défense européenne, la production de drones, les semi-conducteurs et l’automobile sont menacés.

**6/** Les prix des terres rares ont déjà grimpé en flèche à cause des restrictions chinoises. Certains matériaux coûtent **huit fois plus cher** qu’avant avril 2025. L’Europe paie cash sa dépendance stratégique.

**7/** Ce n’est pas un incident isolé. En avril 2026, l’UE avait déjà sanctionné 6 entreprises chinoises – Pékin avait immédiatement riposté en ciblant 7 entités européennes. Le rapport de force est clair : **14 contre 14, sanction pour sanction**.

**8/** Mais Pékin peut aller beaucoup plus loin. Les experts craignent un **embargo total sur les terres rares** si l’UE étend ses sanctions. Une arme de destruction massive économique que seule la Chine possède.

**9/** Le complexe militaro-industriel européen est en état de choc. Rheinmetall, pilier de la défense allemande, risque de voir ses chaînes d’approvisionnement s’effondrer. L’UE, qui a fait de la « souveraineté stratégique » son cheval de bataille, découvre qu’elle n’a **aucune souveraineté sur ses propres approvisionnements**.

**10/** La Chine a envoyé un message simple : *« Pas de sanctions sans conséquences »*. L’UE a voulu tester la puissance chinoise. Elle vient de comprendre qu’elle n’a pas les moyens de son arrogance.

**VEREDICT FINAL**

L’UE a voulu jouer au plus fort avec la Chine. Elle a perdu. En sanctionnant les entreprises chinoises, Bruxelles a déclenché une riposte qui frappe au cœur de son industrie de défense et de sa transition verte. La Chine contrôle les terres rares. L’Europe en est dépendante.

**L’Europe n’a pas les moyens de sa politique. Et la Chine le sait.**

A reminder of what the Dalai Lama’s rule over Tibet meant for its people, which is not discussed in mainstream media:

-80-95% of the population were serfs, some monasteries owned thousands of serfs

-Disobedient serfs endured torture including having their eyes being gouged out

-The 14th Dalai Lama’s family owned 27 manors and 6000 serfs

-95% of the population were illiterate

-Tibet had a life expectancy of just 35 years

-No modern roads, railways, or electricity infrastructure

Contrast this to modern Tibet after liberation by the People’s Liberation Army:

-Extreme poverty eliminated by 2020

-Literacy rate: 95%+

what gets me isn’t any single number…it’s the systemic vision, in one document they’re planning GDP growth, highvalue patents, digital economy at 12.5% of GDP, non-fossil energy at 25%, CO2 reduction, surface water quality at 85%, life expectancy at 80, forest coverage rate, grain production capacity…ALL of it in the same table with hard targets & binding indicators through 2030

in the West we treat economy, ecology, education, healthcare & energy security as separate ministries fighting over budgets, China treats them as organs of the same body, every line feeds the others, urbanization fuels productivity, R&D fuels patents, patents fuel the the digital economy, non-fossil energy fuels strategic independence….every variable is designed to accelerate all the others & that reflect china’s deeply HOLISTIC worldview

look at line 5, high-value patent going from 16 to over 22 per 10,000 people by 2030, quietest line in the whole table and probably the most important, a high value patent is the intellectual property of a technology that will structure a market for 20y MINIMUM

China is literally planning who owns the technological future, the licenses & dependencies other countriees will rack up on Chinese tech, this IS the economic and industrial colonization of the 21st century I keep talking about in my threads but with patents instead of cannons

while america bombs & europe debates, China plans, builds & executes and the scariest part is that based on their own audits the previous plans hit ove 90% of their targets

Western leaders rotate every 4 /5 years and make promises they’ll never have to keep, CCP plays on a 50 y horizon…this table isn’t a campaign platform, it’s a national spec sheet & that changes everything about how you read each number in it
