Klar, die Immobilie wird trotzdem gekauft, aber kann man sich für den Haufen Geld, den man bekommt, nicht ein bisschen Mühe geben?

Für was bezahlt man Maklern eigentlich 3,57% vom Verkaufspreis? Stellen schlechte Bilder mit wenig Infos rein, oft fehlt die Hälfte der Räume und der Grundriss. Nach der Anfrage erhält man ein erweitertes Exposé, das nicht viel mehr Infos als die Anzeige enthält.

Und wie viele schlechte Bilder das oft sind! Die Räume sind nicht aufgeräumt (falls noch jemand drin wohnt) oder es steht Zeug wie Besen und volle Müllsäcke drin, falls schon ausgeräumt ist.

@_Elisa_Fi @Nordpflanze Wenn die Einkommen stark auseinander gehen, kann man prozentual aufs Haushaltskonto einzahlen. Z. B. Monatliche Ausgaben für Lebensmittel werden dann nicht 50:50 bezahlt sondern entsprechend dem Einkommen vielleicht dann 70:30

War bis vor drei Monaten bei Tibber mit dem dynamischen Stromtarif. Habe gewechselt, weil ich im Schnitt bei Vattenfall das gleiche zahle, aber 300 Euro Wechselbonus bekommen habe. Kaum bin ich da weg, gibt es negative Strompreise von fast -40 Cent
