@vancouvermrkt David, my wife is unlikely to ever sell but I’m curious. Our property is within the 800m zone, we are less than 2 lots from the 400m zone. I know that a lot that falls partially in falls completely in but would a consolidation of all 3 put our lot in the 400m zone?
@vancouvermrkt We live in a lot less than 100 m from 29th Skytrain. Would be interested to learn more about potential beyond FSR 5. How will TOA impact property taxes? We are a 56 unit strata with over 6,000 square meters of ground.
