I know this is directed toward AJAC, but have you done any direct shoulder stability work? For example, have you done any exercises in quadruped where your affected shoulder has to stabilize your body weight (think bird dogs) or any side planks variation (your affected shoulder stabilizing your body weight)?

@LeadingReport Rep @VernBuchanan has it backwards! Sunrises in winter would be later than 8am for 3+ months out of the year, as late as 9am in the dead of winter. It cost lives when last tried. We need permanent Standard Time instead for health and safety!

As a competitor, you never want to lose just to lose. At the end of the day, their job is to win games. As a fan, I don't want any team losing games for a higher draft back (#1 draft picks have not turned a franchise around lately). I also don't think Sanders or Ward are franchise-changing quarterbacks.
