For the 61st consecutive day, we raise our voices demanding the immediate conduct of BBMP elections. The attached image speaks volumes about the hazardous conditions on our roads. A fresh layer of asphalt covers the road, yet a dangerous death trap remains, exposing a manhole lid.

“Look at this death trap. I was commuting and nearly got killed when my bike hit this manhole cover. Riding behind a car, my view was obstructed, and I didn't see the hazard in time. As a result, I suffered a fall, leaving me injured and bedridden.”, a taxpayer’s ordeal. 🥲

This ongoing neglect and lack of accountability are directly tied to the absence of an elected body that can address such critical issues. Our city's infrastructure continues to deteriorate, putting lives at risk every day.
