Emails for OTP's, New Logins, Password Change, etc.

No email confirmation for ticket raised, status change, resolution, etc.

What are the stats for ticket resolutin?

I have been trying to close my Paytm Postpaid account for more than a few months.

No simple option to close:
1. No option in the app;
2. No helpline;

Even in chat when I request it accepts and re-appers next month.

Have been trying to make a payment for SH-7 -increase of capital since morning (SRN AA1640463). Payment failed thrice.

How can we get anything done at this rate. Every time the payment fails for technical reasons we have to wait 4 hours. Why?
