This is infuriating. He negotiated the deal that got the hedge funds paid, and the bond holders, and insurance, and the attorneys. It helped his corporate buddies at PG&E get out of bankruptcy and back making Billions on the backs on ratepayers. And the victims got left holding the bag.

We’ve had a bill #AB2700 all year long that puts victims first.

He has slogans, a press team, his former comms guy shilling for a fake utility-funded victims group, and NOTHING in writing. There are less than 2 weeks left in the legislative session. They are going to ONCE AGAIN try rush through a bad deal that will have one real goal: saving big utility companies.

They are using fire victims as window dressing. There does need to be reform. Put a bill out and let it be debated and vetted and voted on. No more backroom deals and 72 hour votes.

This morning, Joe Hoft published my investigation into Alex Padilla, Xavier Becerra, VoteCal, Motor Voter, Riverside, and California's missing election-security record.

Yesterday, Senators Alex Padilla and Adam Schiff sent Secretary of State Shirley Weber a letter demanding “maximum oversight” in Shasta County after Registrar of Voters Clint Curtis said he wanted FBI and DHS assistance testing ballots for authenticity.

Alex Padilla — former California Secretary of State who certified VoteCal and is now demanding state oversight of access to Shasta election materials.

Adam Schiff — joined Padilla in demanding that oversight.

Shirley Weber — California Secretary of State being asked to intervene.

Clint Curtis — Shasta County Registrar of Voters seeking authentication of ballots he says warrant examination.

Riverside County — specifically cited by Padilla and Schiff, where Sheriff Chad Bianco's seizure of election materials has already produced a major legal fight.

Xavier Becerra — former California Attorney General whose signed 2018 election-security warning is at the center of my investigation—and who is now asking Californians to elect him governor in November.

A California mother is heading to federal prison for three years after trying to stop her teenage son from transitioning... thanks to the Biden regime and Democrats!!

Shana Gaviola refused to affirm her son’s desire to transition after his California school began socially transitioning him without her consent and limited her access to information.

In 2021, following a restraining order obtained by the boy, she arranged for him to be taken to a structured Christian boarding school in Missouri.

She was federally prosecuted under Biden, convicted of interstate violation of that protective order, and sentenced to 36 months.

She reports to prison next week. Her son is now 21 and never transitioned.

A mother with no prior criminal record received nearly the maximum sentence for attempting to protect her child from what she believed was irreversible harm.

Parental rights mean little if a school can override a parent and the federal government then prosecutes the parent for trying to intervene.

This case deserves immediate review before she surrenders.
