We have had good results in polishing Inconel 625 to a laser quality mirror finish. Inconel alloys are oxidation and corrosion resistant materials, well suited for use in extreme environments subjected to pressure and heat. They are widely used in motorsport exhaust systems

To improve laser damage resistance and reduce scatter our gold plated #lasermirrors have an intermediate layer of electroless nickel deposited to give an amorphous non-crystalline surface of exceptional smoothness.

If you need a mirror mounting at exactly 45 degrees our 'lipstick' mirrors are for you. The face of the mirror is 45 degrees to the base, typically within 1 arc minute. We make them from many different metals and can coat the mirrors with our Gold coating.
