@rob_chiro Lying supine with chin retraction and v low headpiece gave same result. Gonna try him on Cx McKenzie before ? MR referral. May be interesting to see if your pt recovers Sx quicker after doing Cx McKenzie
@rob_chiro I would suspect a Cx disc. Any scapular referral? Literally had a similar non-specific and non-reproducible ‘brachialgia’ pt who I had a bit of a breakthrough with today. Nothing really reproduced symptoms but on end range Cx retraction his deltoid and triceps went weak.
@rob_chiro Be a chameleon. Every patient is different and will need a different approach to case history, assessment, treatment and advice. True patient centred care means checking your biases and delivering what they really want. Not everyone wants to rehab…
@rob_chiro Have not seen aspiration done for acute meniscal tear and can’t see any reason to. Risk v benefit. Any aspiration carries a small infection risk and I can’t think of any significant benefit for recovery.
@rob_chiro Climbing! What’s with the BMX?!? How can grown men/women riding a 4 year old’s bike at 180 RPM cadence be cool???
I’m old and I’ll get my coat….
Excited to be speaking at this huge pan-professional event on MSK management. I'm presenting a keynote speech on The role of manipulation in MSK practice. #therapylive
