@JKCharters I now know you're more than a creator and friend, also a true poet by heart.
Thank you for sharing Jordan, glad to be able to join you in this part of your (our) life journey. The ecosystem of RYFT will be the new realm filled with joy and great positive sum experiences
@JKCharters We should all take the steps that is needed for the health we wish on our parents and loved ones. It doesn't come without a little effort every week
For years, we treated the body like it would simply keep up.
Work harder. Sit longer. Push through.
Thankfully that mindset is changing...
People are realizing that energy, focus and resilience all begin with how we care for ourselves.
Taking care of your body is not separate from all other goals.
It is what allows you to keep going without breaking down.
๐ฃ๐ฎ๐
We were never meant to live disconnected from our bodies.
To sit for hours, ignore every signal, and treat movement like another obligation waiting to be completed.
Movement was once natural.
It was Play. Expression. Joy. Connection.
Maybe the answer is not asking people to become more disciplined.
Maybe it is creating something that helps them remember what movement used to feel like.
That is the future we are building toward. ๐ค๐ฃ๐ฎ๐
Good morning dRYFTers โ๐
The @WHO estimates that 1.8 billion adults, nearly one-third of the global adult population are not moving enough to meet the recommended threshold for their overall health.
Among adolescents, that number rises to an astonishing 81%.
This is not a niche problem.
It is billions of human bodies gradually adapting to lives they were never designed to live.
The world does not simply need better workouts.
It needs entirely new reasons to move.
๐ฃ๐ฎ๐
When we took a leap of faith about a month ago and went all in on the health, wellness, and gaming space, we didnโt know exactly what to expect.
We knew from private ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ demos that our movement game had legs. It was original, it was fun, and it had the potential to get millions of people moving again.
What we didnโt know was how quickly it would lead us here.
We are still only scratching the surface, and we havenโt even made the system public yet.
Thank you to everyone who stayed with us through the uncertainty, the pivots, and the breaks that forced us to see a different path.
Now weโre building beyond them.
Weโre excited to put RYFT on the map through an embodied, positive-sum system designed to turn movement into joy, participation into shared opportunity, and something people avoid into something they genuinely want to do.
For the first time in a long time, it feels like the future we believed was possible is beginning to take shape.
It really does feel like a dream coming true. ๐ค๐
Met with two Health Care Professionals this morning.
A NP and PT
Both are looking forward to having their patients play our movement game, they were both surprised and excited about how we can get the world moving more.
They instantly saw the magic in the ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐
P.S. Also might open some major doors in working with the VA and Veterans for movement therapy ๐ฅฐ
Ever since I started my foray into entrepreneurship at a young age, one marketing concept has always stayed with me.
It was made famous by Seth Godin:
"The Purple Cow"
For those who donโt know what that means, here is the simple story:
Imagine you are driving through the countryside and you pass a field full of cows going for miles.
At first, maybe you notice them.
But after a while, they all start to blend together.
Another cow. A brown one, a black one... Another field. Another thing you have already seen a hundred times before.
But if one of those cows was purple?
You would stop.
You would take a selfie.
You would tell someone else.
Because it was remarkable, out of the ordinary and something you had never encountered before.
That idea has shaped the way I look at products.
Most people try to build a slightly better version of what already exists.
A cleaner cow.
A faster cow.
A cow with better branding.
But the market does not need more things that blend into the field.
It needs something people cannot ignore.
That is the lens we are using with REDACTED at RYFT.
Yes, it will feel wild at first.
Yes, it will make people laugh.
Yes, it makes people say, โWait whatโฆ!? I have to try thisโ
And that is exactly the point.
We are not trying to build another forgettable wellness tool, movement app, fitness game or habit tracker.
We are building something playful enough to break through, useful enough to stay, and different enough to be shared.
The kind of thing people have to experience.
The kind of thing that turns movement into an unforgettable moment.
REDACTED is our Purple Cow.

Weโve been building a ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ movement game you can play sitting, standing or even lying down.
Apparently Lying Down Mode just got its first final boss. ๐
@DrKristieLeong The Compund Effect with these habits really takes hold and you will notice changes faster than you realize. The Body is starving for movement in our modern day lifestyle ๐ฅฐ Love this post ๐ซก๐
Health Update #1:
Got several new protocols from PT today I'm implementing into my Get Better Routine.
Working on calming down the spines hyper response lately.
I did make it 4 hours in my office chair working sitting today! ๐ฅฐ
