@omgsidewalks Especially considering organisations can't easily give different arrangements to some employees without others crying discrimination. It leaves the only gate for who works well remotely in the hiring process, where you just don't have enough information to make that decision

@omgsidewalks I think some people excel in a remote setup and some people's productivity plumits. It's difficult for organisations to determine who is which, and so forcing everyone into the office results in higher productivity overall.
