Answer: Pericardial Tamponade

The #ECG shows low voltage, tachycardia, & electrical alternans. When you see this pattern you are dealing with pericardial effusion & tamponade. This is the patient’s Echo revealing RA Collapse, RV Collapse + “SWINGING HEART”
