@DMNSHelpDesk Ubuntu 17.10 should be fine (but, technically, not yet supported). For requirements, what you propose sounds good. We use Supermicro SuperServers with comparable specs (usually dual Xeon CPU, 12-20 cores, ≥ 64 GB RAM).
