Standing up for justice against wrongful termination.

This video is a direct, recorded record from the day my employment was unlawfully terminated at the Transcom Gurgaon office. Standing in front of the premises, I am addressing the camera directly to share the truth about what is happening behind these corporate doors.

I was terminated based on entirely fabricated violations-with zero factual evidence or recorded proof presented to me.

Over the past weeks, I have escalated this matter internally. I sent comprehensive emails containing irrefutable evidence proving my innocence directly to the local management, the Employee Relations team, and the Transcom Global Higher Management team in the USA. I even CC'd the relevant authorities.

The response from Transcom's leadership?

Total silence.

When a global corporation refuses to look at evidence or follow due process, the legal system must step in. Because my internal appeals were entirely ignored, I have officially taken rigorous legal action and filed a formal complaint with the Haryana Labour Court. All my evidence has been submitted for legal review.

A turban is a symbol of self-respect and integrity, and I will not let fabricated allegations tarnish my professional record. The truth cannot be ignored forever.
