@DIBsupport If personal visits to branch, several emails to call back, several phone calls going unattended, isn't leading to a communication, I feel it's better to cancel relationship with DIB and start fresh relationship with other banks.
@DIBsupport This is being ridiculous. I have been following up with your team for my home loan renewal and after sending 7 reminders, 1 personal visit and 12 calls, nobody relevant is keen to address the concern and I am sure once there will be payment default, then all will come

@omanair Its been over a month i am being subjected to no meaningful feedback from the Oman Air officials who already have the details of query asked. Between the airlines and the insurance company there seems a nexus of not providing details in clarity and this needs to stop
