They commit they will do, ask so much details with every call and close the complain the next day.

@EurekaForbes Dear Eureka is this a JOKE? Whatever complain I register, I get promises only and then complaint gets cancelled telling me that I requested to cancel ❌. Check the complain list that I did after installation in January 2024.
Either you replace my equipment or give me a refund

@TheOfficialSBI your new yono business online is a waste of time. It takes almost 3-5 tries to pass the login screen. With every login it shows error "some technical error has occured please try again." Your old login was way better. In the world where UX matters you have failed.

With every payment made,i get logged out from portal.Have to login for a new payment.

I would suggest @AmdavadAMC and @vijayrupanibjp to think of strategy to let the shops open for extended late hours to disperse crowd. So people can shop at late hours to avoid contact with people rather than all gathering in a limited time.

So as per the new guidelines businesses can open from 9:00-15:00.
As per my opinion this will create more chaos, more rush in shops and on streets as more people would gather to buy their necessities in limited time.

@CareGtpl i paid Rs.4300/- for a new connection on your site after talking to your executive. Next day when i followed up for installation he tells me plan is discontinued and you'll get a refund.its 12 days, i've not heard from your customer care after following up for refund.
