चुनाव आयोग ने SIR बिहार के लिए ही शुरू किया था। और वहां अपने उद्देश्य बीजेपी को जिताने के बाद पूरे देश में इस बेईमानी के टूल को काम में लाने लगा।

लेकिन अब उसकी बेईमानी की सारी परतें उसी के दो चुनाव आयुक्त ने खोल दी हैं।

अगर 3 Election Commissioner में से 2 Election Commissioner का किसी डिसीजन पर एग्रीमेंट नहीं है, तो वह डिसीजन पारित नहीं होता है। अगर पारित होगा तो वह Illegal होगा।

यहां तो ज्ञानेश कुमार ने अकेले ही डिसीजन ले लिए। इसका मतलब सिर्फ यही है कि पूरा SIR Illegal है और SIR के बाद होने वाले सारे चुनाव Illegal हैं।

इसके लिए ज्ञानेश कुमार की जगह सिर्फ जेल में है।
