What was Rasoulallah ﷺ like?

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ also smiled at home and was joyful.

He never raised his voice, used foul speech, insulted others, or made them feel down about themselves.

He was always loving, caring, gentle, and full of beautiful character.

Rasulallah ﷺ never paid back a bad with a bad, rather he demonstrated goodness and always chose the side of compassion and generosity.

He never criticised food or mocked the blessings of Allah no matter how small they seemed to be.

He walked behind his Companions and lived a life of humility.

He always guarded his sight and didn't look at that which did not concern him.

He was the greatest of men but always gave Salam to others first. If someone spoke to him, he would turn his whole body and give them his full attention no matter who they were.

He never struck a woman in his entire life.

He made everyone around him feel loved and important. Look at the society we live in now - celebrities sell products and promote cosmetics by making people feel ugly about themselves.

The greatest of Allah's creation, who was blessed with every beauty, spent his entire life lifting others up and letting them know that that they are special in the sight of God.

There was a Companion called Zuhayr and he was known not to be very good-looking. Rasulallah ﷺ embraced him from behind one day and lightheartedly said, 'Who will buy this slave from me?' When Zuhayr realised who it was, he began to rub his back against the chest of Rasulallah ﷺ and he said, 'I'm not worth anything!' the Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, 'Rather, you are expensive and precious in the sight of your Lord!'

I'm fine with women choosing WHO to marry. I mean.. it's completely okay and understandable. Maybe you don't want him because he's poor, unromantic, ugly, terrible, or sick. That's okay honestly. What I'm not okay with is women who prioritize studies over marriage. Or their job, or a career they wants.
See.. as long as you find the man that truly wants you and you wants him back, and he shows that he can fully take care of you.. don't delay. Get married to him. You can still study after marriage, and even find a convenient job later. Women have limits. Once you near 30 without getting married.. everything will look different and you'll have less suitors.
Marrying at the age of 18-23 is completely fine and even the best option for women. I hope you'll understand the message I'm trying to pass here.

Ya Rasulallah, you buried your mother when you were just 6 years old.

You were stoned in Ta'if until your blessed body bled.

Your noble wife passed away whilst she was closest of people to you.

You were instructed to leave Makkah when it was the most beloved of all cities to you.

You struggled in Badr, Uhud, Khandaq and Hunayn for the sake of Allah.

You travelled in the blistering heat of Arabia time and time again to protect this deen.

You led the funerals of your daughters, sons, uncles, your cousins, and your Companions.

Nights would pass and your family would have no food to eat.

You lay on mats on the floor which left marks on your delicate skin.

Your home was empty of all worldly-items until it made your Sahaba cry.

You stood at night weeping for us until your feet swelled.

May Allah reward you on behalf of this entire ummah for everything that you did for us and forgive us for our lack of gratitude for your favours.
