There are a lot of countries where kids becoming educated is not a priority or it’s just basic elementary education.

IQ tests are made by design so 100iq is the average for the Western population.

The Flynn effect is something to look into. If you gave an IQ test from today to someone 100 years ago they would score around 70-80.

I think apps in general perform better on iOS though because developers only have to build software for a few devices. You can get apps that perform unreliably on Android at times depending on the phone.
