I think Pakistan's GDP growth rate measured in nominal USD is illustrative of SOMETHING, even though economic theory says otherwise.

In 3 of the 5 worst years in Pakistani history, Ishaq Dar was either still in-charge, or had just left.

The other two were after the 1971 war.
