Winnipeg Police Services has said the incident at UM (Fort Garry Campus) has been resolved. It has been determined that there is no imminent threat to public safety. The Major Crimes Unit continues to investigate this matter.

On October 30, Professor Emeritus Harry Glasbeek, of Osgoode Hall will launch his new book Law at Work: The Coercion and Co-option of the Working Class. The event takes place Oct. 30, from 7-9 pm at the Manitoba Federation of Labour Union Centre, 275 Broadway. All are welcome.

On October 29, come out to the Robson Hall Distinguished Visitor Lecture with Professor Emeritus Harry Glasbeek of Osgoode Hall Law School. The talk is
"Law at Work: the coercion and co-option of the working class". It takes place at noon in Robson Hall, Moot Court Room B.
