I guess recruiting season is starting on #medtwitter so here are my highlights of INTERN year:
1) successful Transvenous pacer
2) was the resident who cut on an ED thoracotomy
3) intubated in a PAPR and felt like a spaceman

Crazy feeling walking out of this hospital this morning. So many memories. Exceedingly grateful to @UMMC_EMRes for great trading and experience this last three years. So many attendings, nurses, and fellow residents make it a great place! Eternally grateful!
