From my side, you guys just accept everything even if your time and money are stolen. They can lose your shipment, they can keep your luggage for more than 1 hour at the airport, you might need to wait 4 months for a simple doorbell fix, and they can make you wait on a plane for hours at the airport if there is no employee at night in Germany and everybody will be “Yeah, I believe they do their best, there is nothing we can do”. Sorry, my brain cannot comprehend this.
I am very suprised how Germans patiently keep going in their lives with brands like Deutsche Bahn (constant train delays), MVG in Munich (constant strikes), All construction companies (never ending road blockers and building renovations), DHL (super crowded stores, most of them are not open in convenient hours), HelloFresh (the worst customer service in the world)…and the list goes on.
How on earth you guys normalize this? Why is no body getting angry on situations like this? Your rights are clearly violated and these companies & rules make your life miserable. Can’t you see this as I do?
For example, how can someone close the U6 (one of the most crucial ubahn lines in Munich) for MONTHS? Seriously guys WTF? Why the construction is not keep going at nights to complete it faster? Why is everybody “OKAY” to wait MONTHS and they think it is normal? Why is complying with labor law more important than half of the city’s travel time?

We have been using the platform since the last 5 days. Already converted to a paying customer. Congrats @gauravsbuilding, great product indeed.
The only feedback I would give is improving the AI influencer pronunciation in different languages. We are trying to generate UGC and video content in 5 different languages. So far, only English works well.
This gives them the flexibility to treat as they wish. I gave one star to a restaurant in Munich after the owner yelled at me in front of 30 people and followed me 10 meters outside of his shop to kept screaming. The reason was so funny. I did not want to order a beverage next to my main dish. So he started yelling about how he cannot make money if I don’t order a drink. A day later my comment was removed.
