Seed phrases use a common set of words. The point is it’s not unusual for someone to enter a seed phrase into legit software to recover accounts. Your arguments pretend to not understand this.

A decision to change article 49 would need to be unanimous and Canada’s constitution would also need to. There are overseas territories in the EU because they belong to continental European states.

There’s a reason online polls from surveyors cost the least. They are less accurate in a field where 95% is already suspect.
