On the train en route to the G..
Feeling strangely optimistic about tonight. I think it’ll be clear early whether we actually think we can beat this mob or not. But I feel like this is our best chance in a while.
I’m also fully prepared to be hurt again 😂
Jezza Cameron with a score of 14 tonight.
Will be super cheap after his bye.
Could be a nice guy to have sitting at F7 if you’ve got the trades to make it happen.
Has Essendon, North and Richmond in his last 3 games. #supercoach
Trades this week:
Bit too “sidewaysey” for this time of the season, but I’ve got no choice.
I’m finally biting the bullet and bringing in Bont. Was going to wait until next week, but no Nash or Maginness for Hawks, so he should reach his breakeven.

@wembanyanas Not sure about Libba, but I’m not expecting Treloar to take any of Sanders minutes.
Bont, Richards, Sanders, Libba and Kennedy will be the main stays in there
We would have heard by now if there was a Caleb May debut on the cards.
I’m guessing just the one change - Weightman in for either Croft or Hynes.
There’s a bit of conjecture around Hawthorns forward line, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see Busslinger as a late inclusion..
@g___812 I feel like if Gunston’s out and they replace him with a small, we’d be silly to bring another tall defender in.
I’d be naming Buss as the first emergency and bring him in before the bounce if need be
@UEzy86 It wouldn’t surprise me.
We definitely need to bring another key defender in to combat Lewis, Chol and Gunston so I was expecting Busslinger to come back in.
But maybe they just throw Lobb back.
Really like the look of May
@makedonac21 North have improved but at the start of the year when the fixture was released they were expected to be a bottom 4-6 team again.
My point is that every team should play each other once before any double ups. I was just using the dogs matchups as an example
Dogs play Hawthorn, Adelaide and Sydney twice this season before playing West Coast, Richmond or North Melbourne once..
it’s never going to be a completely fair fixture, but everybody playing each other once before doubling up against teams would be a good start surely…
I’m heading to the game on Friday night.
Haven’t been to a game vs Hawthorn at the MCG since round 2, 2019 where we came from 30 points down at 3/4 time to win by 19 points.
The infamous “Libba, Libba, Libba, Libba, Libba” call from BT
