We, like so many others, have been appalled to hear of the case of Child Q. Schools are meant to be a space for learning, growth and support. There is no place for racism or the police in our schools. #ChildQ
Throughout February we mark LGBT+ History Month.
Today we remember the first physical attack on the homosexual community once the Nazis came to power. On 6 May 1933, SA led students in attacking the Institute of Sexual Research, inc. burning its books.

The first play we've chosen for #BlackHistoryMonth is Mules, written by Winsome Pinnock in 1996. The play premiered at @royalcourt before receiving worldwide renown. It followed a young woman in Jamaica and another in London, who are both convicted of drug trafficking.
The increase of violence against woman, particularly woman of colour, has not gone unnoticed. We will join our sisters in mourning this Friday. We will not live in fear. Justice for Sabina!
Our hearts and heavy and full for rage for the loss of Sabina Nessa's life. Our thoughts are with her family, community and students.
Placing the blame of male-violence on its victims is non-sensical and offensive. Male-enacted violence will only stop when men stop being violent.

Thank you @AskUshers for this lovely review 😍 we LOVED being able to finally bring this work to families in-person (audience interaction is much more fun without the mute function 🤭). Thank you for coming to watch us! ❤️
