He is being held at an SFC run safe house located at Abaita Ababiri, Kabaale B Village in Entebbe. He was gravely tortured and his legs broken. He is now learning to walk afresh! As our comrades have severally narrated, Sam was violated in every possible way. Thankfully, the videos from the torture chambers are now being leaked by patriotic officers who these criminals employ to commit crimes but what they do doesn't sit well with their conscience.
