Dexa scan after 3 months of Reta, 3 mg/week: from 12.8 to 10.7 bf%. However, lost 1.5 lbs of lean mass despite heavy training and hitting macros. Weights have slowly been climbing so this is a surprise.

Dropping down to 2mg / week and monitoring.
