Disappointed with @redBus_in service.

Booked a sleeper bus (Delhi → Kolkata) for 2 passengers for ₹14,647 via Raj Kalpana Travels. Bus broke down near Varanasi and we were shifted to a poor-quality sitting bus with no proper seats, causing severe hardship.
