#A421 southbound within the #A603 junction, near #Bedford. Lane 1 (of 2 lanes) is closed. The southbound entry slip road from the A603 is also closed. This is due to a large oil spill. Delays of just over 30 minutes, with almost 3 miles of congestion on the approach.
