@AvantiWestCoast You have cancelled the 5:33 from Glasgow to London. Why?
Which train should I next get on? The 5:48 to London via Birmingham or the 6:29 which gets in earlier?
How am I going to be recompensed?
@AvantiWestCoast We had 2 valid seat reservations on the 14:43 Euston–Liverpool train on Fri 24 July, but my boyfriend was refused boarding as it was “too full” despite arriving on time??
The next train we were told to take was then cancelled. How is this acceptable???
@AvantiWestCoast@JamesWilsonTra1@AvantiWestCoast - what do u do for those that have booked priority seating? Many are not able to travel in standard seating, do they get priority seating on the new train? X
@JohnnyFoxbeard@AvantiWestCoast Johnny…the only person that’s put your child at risk is YOU. It’s your responsibility to make sure your child stays WITH you and not leave you. I would guess you sent them on ahead to ‘grab’ a seat and that’s now backfired on you. Take some accountability.
@AvantiWestCoast@WestMidRailway had a nasty fall at Birmingham New st Station thank you to Sharon & Malcolm who rendered first aid. You’re a credit to your workplace
@AvantiWestCoast@TPEassist And now the 6pm from Preston is broken and not left the station.
And was there a reason why the original train couldnt go any further south than Preston?
