whatsapp chat provider was pitching a new AI product that increased monthly spends by 50%

so we used their api, integrated it with in house ai models (already being used across the org) and built our own smart bot on top of the same tool, with zero extra cost

i think a lot of founders want to hire freshers.

young energy, brimming with new ideas.

but the biggest blocker right now feels like the unlearning they need to do.

from what they have learnt in the education system, most of it does not apply to the real world.

most importantly, the mindset of being spoonfed everything, sticking to the instructions, doing the bare minimum to just get stuff done.

a lot of this is conditioning, and it takes real patience to watch them unlearn these things. not every founder or startup has that kind of patience or time actually.

4. And now I am finally seeing them posting about how they miss focussing on their career
